You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us first with your order number and the reason for your request — please do not send items back without contacting us, as returns sent without approval may not be processed.
Return conditions
- Items should be returned with all original parts and, where possible, in the original packaging.
- Our team will provide return instructions and the return address after approving your request.
- Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected (or your request is approved), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
